Enjoyed our 2-night stay. the location was great, near the ocean and bus stop. Lots of restaurants around here too. the staff were super nice and friendly without being too pushy. 👌

Excellent location in the south of Seogwipo, the staff were very good and courteous. The twin room suited us: it had a personal safe, climate control, and an iron.

Stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to say goodbye. All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Seogwipo. The staff were exceptionally kind, the best location to many nearby restaurants too. What's more, it was next to the numerous food streets and Olle Market and a convenience store.

I chose Casaloma Hotel solely for its convenient location near Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, as I couldn't wait to visit this beautiful landmark. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's policy of no pets and no service animals. This ensured a peaceful and tranquil environment during my stay.
The pool area at Casaloma is very basic and not impressive. breakfast at the hotel needed to be enjoyed by 9:30 AM, which was earlier than we expected.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel in the perfect location! Right next to the bus stop, we had no trouble commuting and exploring the nearby sights. The room was modern and spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The best part was the New Year's Eve dinner, absolutely delicious!
the pool area was not up to the mark, and the towels provided were small. Nevertheless, the friendly staff made up for it, and we had a great stay.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed by the stunning views of the surrounding areas. the convenience of having a shopping alley and local market nearby made the experience even better. We were delighted that the staff could understand English, making communication very easy. the coin laundry in the basement was well stocked and clean.
We found the automatic lights in the wardrobe and motion detection light in the room quite bright and disruptive at night. We were woken up by the lights every time we moved around, which made it hard to get adequate sleep.

I recently stayed at Casaloma for a few nights during my visit to Jeju Island. The room I initially received didn't have a view, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and gave me a room with a stunning view. The room itself was clean and spacious, and there were convenient parking options and food nearby. The rooftop pool was fantastic, with warm water and accessible opening hours. The games room was also a lot of fun, with free machine games.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I loved staying in this hotel. There were so many things that made my stay enjoyable. the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. They understood English and made me feel welcomed. Secondly, the room was very comfortable and convenient. It was huge, well equipped and extremely clean. There was even a convenience store in the building, so I could easily buy drinks and snacks. Lastly, the location was great. It was near some of the city's attractions, and there was even a nice park in front of the hotel with paths leading to the ocean and waterfalls.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The localization was perfect, with easy access from the airport by bus. The hotel is also close to waterfalls and the main street filled with restaurants. The kids' playing area was a hit with my family, and the hotel served as a great base for exploring the island by car. The airport bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and there was a convenience store on-site. The pillows and amenities were clean, and the size of the room was spacious.
I did have a small misunderstanding with the hotel regarding the room selection, but after discussing it with the staff, they promptly resolved the issue and gave me a room with a stunning view. However, I did notice that the room could have been cleaner, as the cupboard's hanging bar was covered in dust and the daily cleaning could have been more thorough.
